It is measured in kilograms per meter squared (kg/m²).
The formula for BMI is: BMI=W(kg)/[H(m)]².
Where W is body weight in kilograms (kg) and H is height in Meters (m) squared.
BMI Normal Range
- BMI <18.5 kg/m² : It means you are underweight for your height.
- BMI from18.5 to 25 kg/m² : It means your weight is normal for your height.
- BMI above 25 to 29.99 kg/m²: It means you are overweight for your height.
